Recognized as a national landmark, Cap’s Place is one of the oldest restaurants in Broward County. With roots as a 1920's casino and rum-running speakeasy, it sits on an island off Lighthouse Point and can only be reached by Cap's motor launch. There is no parking other than handicap. All access is by water. Wheelchair guests must drive and use provided handicap parking. Reservations are recommended.
Scott Winters Park offers a variety of recreational opportunity for families with children. There, one can find a splash pad, play structures, open fields, benches, covered picnic area, restroom. There is also an adjacent dog park.View Attractions
The Sands Harbor Resort & Marina offers a variety of dinning and drinking options. For outdoor casual dinning try the Patio Bar by the pool for, more up scale dinning try the Rusty Hook and Fresh Catch. If you are looking for water sports activities (Snorkeling, Diving, Glassbottom Tours, Jet Pack, FlyBoard , Jet Skiing) look no further.
